Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Driveon platform. It supplements the Terms of Service.

1. Lawful use

You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, telecommunications and recording laws in every jurisdiction where you or your conversation participants are located.

2. Recording consent

Some jurisdictions require all-party consent before recording calls. You are solely responsible for obtaining, documenting and honoring the required consents from your participants. Driveon provides built-in disclosure prompts to help you comply.

3. Prohibited content and behaviour

• Uploading or generating illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene or harmful content.
• Harassing, threatening or impersonating any person.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam or phishing.
• Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware or any malicious code.
• Attempting to bypass usage limits, rate limits, security controls or authentication.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping or framing the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Reselling, sublicensing or providing the Service to third parties without our prior written consent.
• Using the Service to develop a competing product or to benchmark without permission.

4. AI-specific restrictions

• You will not use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party rights.
• You will not use AI-generated content to impersonate real persons without their consent.
• You will not use the Service for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human oversight.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning, suspending or terminating the offending account, removing content and reporting unlawful conduct to the competent authorities.
