1. Eligibility
- The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your first paid invoice.
- The policy applies to your first subscription only — renewals and upgrades are not refundable.
- Trial purchases (30 credits) are non-refundable as their purpose is product evaluation.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, including:
- Your invoice number.
- The reason for the request (helps us improve the product).
- The bank account or original payment method to refund.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The funds are returned to the original payment method (or to a bank account if the original method is unavailable). Bank fees, if any, are deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Add-on credits
Additional credit packs purchased on top of a subscription are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credit packs may be refunded, prorated for any consumed credits, within 14 days of purchase.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under Polish or EU law where applicable.
